Birds on the wing, please land here. Good eats guaranteed

It didn’t take long to turn old cedar deck boards (rescued from a neighbour’s back yard reno) into sturdy bird boxes.

They should last for another thirty years. (More rooms will soon be ready - once the four-plex is on a pole).

Birds, if you can read this - you’ll feel right at home living on a fence post near the blue spruce and small garden.

I spotted another bean on my last three bean plants, and if you like cherry tomatoes, more are on the vine. Flying insects are in good supply as well.

Seeds are in my shed for now, but will soon be in the feeder. So, be patient.
