The Workshop: Newfoundland streetscape on the brain

Somewhere in Canada, about every 30 seconds, a CBC TV ad that features a delightful streetscape from St. John’s, Newfoundland, interrupts a regularly scheduled program.

In 90 per cent of the cases, the ad probably attracts more interest than the TV show.

Corner Gas rerun. Been there, done that. Got the T-shirt, got the gas.

About the ad. Enough already. It has affected my brain and traces of it are now in my workshop notebook.

Oh, you’ll see.
