Rare Family Photo: “Photos, memories... fading”

Somehow, in 1954, my mother was able to marshall the troops (four children; back row - Dale and Lannie; front row - Kim and Gord; a year later there would be five). And somehow she managed to get us all to smile.

Though I have no memory of the event, Kim recalled it was Easter, and other photos proved him right (I was carrying an Easter egg basket in one). I do recall other earlier events that took place on the front and back lawns of our home in Burgessville, so not all of my memories are fading from the time I was 4 - 5 years of age.

Hmmm. Are my knees still so knubby?
