building boxes

There is an advantage to building three purple martin houses at the same time. After selling the first one to a Torontonian two years ago, a family man who is now moving (at at time when the purple martin box is fully occupied, so cannot be moved), I am now well prepared to sell the fellow a second one.

["Six units per box; please note the penthouse suites"]

I'll give him a deal, the 'I-hope-you-move-again-in-two-years' deal. Because I'm ready.
