The best wood in Canada

I'm in a good, aromatic, collaborative groove. I'm busy using two types of western cedar - some rescued, some purchased, but only the best - in log cabin birdhouses that stack up as the nicest I've assembled in a long time.

["New lumber logs, old lumber slats - stackin' up"]

["Spacious, rustic (no plumbing yet) interior"]

["Roof slats couldn't look better"]

["These slats are from a dock reno"]

["There will be more, starting in December"]

Next on the collaboration list: An outdoor table.

Stay tuned.
