My Morning Walk

I walked to 217 York St. yesterday on official business, was prepared for a long wait on the Fifth Floor, but was in and out in under ten minutes. I think I set the new world's record for getting a license sticker for a motorcycle. When I stepped onto the sidewalk outside the building's front door I laughed out loud.

"Well, I wasn't expecting that!" I said, causing two pedestrians to turn and look at me suspiciously.

While walking home I snapped two photos of the railroad tracks beside Copps Lumber. I thought of hiking west on the tracks with only a small knapsack over my shoulder.

I must be related to The Happy Wanderer. Sing along with me!
