Climate Change Concerns: Will fresh apricot jam go the way of the dodo?

Really, a few days ago weather was warm, my apricot tree started to blossom, bees buzzed around the flowers doing what bees do best and I began to dream about fresh apricot jam in July or August.

Now winter has returned - maybe.

Temps are lower, blossoms are in full swing but bees are nowhere to be found.

Environment Canada has already told us that London recorded the first March in history without snow (the average is usually about ten snow days in March per year).

Is this what we can expect in the future?

Temperatures and months out of whack? And fruit trees out of synch?

No fresh jam on my toast?
