Zoom w a View: Apricots may come early this year

The apricot tree on our front lawn is about 20 years old now.

It is a hearty plant and has survived the loss of limbs from ice storms and forcible removal from the ground when sewer work was done in our front yard.

This year its blossoms have opened earlier than usual - likely because March was warmer than average.

While the camera focussed I noticed that bees were present. Apricots may soon be on the way.

Any plants blossoming early in your yard?
