Honestly, it took me almost 6 weeks to get used to the cool, wet spring weather.
Now - I’m sure - it will take me almost that long to acclimatize to the hot, humid, muggy, sticky weather that typifies summers in our corner of the ever-warmer universe.
I look on the bright side, however. I can now regularly use my favourite sticky summer line...
