The Workshop: "slow and steady progress" 9

I'm slowing down. I thought three ribs under the lid's surface would add strength and stability - without the addition of too much weight - so yesterday I popped them into place.

Soon the sanding and staining will be done, the hinges attached.

I'm giving myself a thumbs up for the work so far.
