The Workshop

Swap Box, 'signed, sealed, delivered'

Ahh, I finished the signage without too much hassle yesterday afternoon, and looked forward to delivery and installation to a house and tree mere minutes from my shop by foot. Though the signage didn't present as much fuss or frustration as I reported in an earlier post, it did drive my thoughts to another part of my brain.

When my 'swap box' client called on the phone while I was painting (at about 2 p.m.) I put down the brush, picked up the phone and said, "Good morning, this is Gord Harrison calling." WTHeck?

["Wanna swap something? Bring an item, take an item, play fair"]

Good thing I don't operate heavy machinery!
