'Hey! Hello!'

Recently I've noticed that the cardinals have not headed for the hills - or nearby spruce trees - every time I walk onto the back deck or to the workshop. Maybe they know I'm just going to get a bit more seed mix for the feeder and mean them no harm.

Maybe they'll say 'good morning' next time I'm out there.
