The Picket Fence
New lumber goes a long way when I combine rescued lumber to the mix. The only new pieces of lumber in this triplex are the roofs on the side units. All the rest - right down to the picket fence - is rescued material.
Even the golf tees were rescued from some old duffer's golf bag. And when I find a use for golf balls on a birdhouse you'll be the first to know.
