John Wise Line

John Wise Line - my favourite route to Port Burwell, Long Point and beyond - goes by a few other names as one travels its length. For example, many know it as County Rd. 45, Calton Line and the Seven Sisters road. The name 'Seven Sisters' is significant to motorcyclists because the seven hills and valleys encountered as one travels, say from (south of) St. Thomas to Long Point, adds to the enjoyment of the ride and views of scenic countryside.

I usually pick up Rd. 45 as I travel south on Sparta Line toward Sparta and Port Bruce. Easy sailing all the way to Hwy 59 (where I turn south to Long Point).
